I simply traced over some official artwork of IceMan and Flashed it. I believe I did this because my younger foster brother wouldn't stop bugging me for a drawing and his favorite Net Navi was IceMan.

I have this guilty feeling that if it had been for me, I might have put more effort into it. :(
