During my fan-craze over the RockMan EXE Stream anime series, I decided to make a few custom Stream PETs in Flash MX. These would be high-quality versions of the PETs found in the anime.

This one would be of Netto's/Lan's PET with MegaMan.exe/RockMan.exe inside.
